  • What’s the minimum age for IEM Sydney 2017?

    This event is legally restricted to persons 15 years and over, unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian of 18 years or older exercising parental control. Proof of age may be requested.

  • Do tickets have a fixed seat?

    All general admission tickets (single day passes, weekend and weekend plus) are all unallocated seats so you and your friends can purchase tickets at different times but still arrive together and even sit together. The only ticket which has reserved seating is the premium package with the Global Elite ticket granting access to an exclusive zone front and centre of stage.

  • What options are there for food and drinks?

    Qudos Bank Arena will have hospitality stations throughout the venue which will sell both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages along with food options. Those who purchase Premium or Global Elite tickets will have some or all of their food and drink requirements covered for the weekend.

  • Can I purchase IEM Sydney Goodie Bags at the venue?

    Goodie bags are exclusive to Plus, Premium and Global Elite ticket holders and include exclusive IEM Sydney 2017 merchandise not for sale to the general public. Make sure to secure yours before they sell out!

  • Where do I find the schedule for IEM Sydney 2017?

  • At what time does IEM Sydney 2017 start?

    Doors at the Qudos Bank Arena will open at 12pm on both Saturday and Sunday. You can view our full schedule here!

  • Can I buy merchandise at the venue?

    Yes, there will be merchandise on sale at the venue selling the latest ESL and Team apparel.

  • How does early access work for Premium and Weekend Plus ticket holders?

    On Saturday, early access to the main arena will open at 1:30pm for Premium and Weekend Plus ticket holders, with General Admission to the arena starting from 2:00pm.
    On Sunday, early access to the main arena will open at 12:00pm for Premium and Weekend Plus ticket holders, with General Admission to the arena starting from 12:30pm.

  • How do I upgrade my ticket?

    If you'd like to upgrade your ticket, you can get in touch with Ticketek at @Ticketek_AU or by phone on 13 28 49. The ticket upgrade process involves refunding your current ticket and purchasing the upgraded version.

  • Ticket Enquiries?

  • Signing Sessions?

    Each team at IEM Sydney will be hosting one signing session throughout the weekend - for your chance to get your gear signed by your favourite team, make sure you get in line early! Signing sessions last 45 minutes, and some signing sessions will be held exclusively for Premium and Global Elite ticket holders.

  • What about the losing teams from group stages? Can I still see them?

    There will be other opportunities to see some of your favourite players, including signing sessions throughout the weekend, and more fun CS:GO related activities on the main stage!

  • I requested my ticket to be delivered to me by mail but I still haven’t received it?

    Tickets have been sent out on the 21st of April, so you can expect yours in the mail soon!
